This trips people up sometimes, but it's normal. If you linked an existing Stripe account during ticket setup , Stripe may have spun up a separate sub-account for Venga ticket sales under the same login.

Open Stripe and use the account switcher in the top-left — your Venga transactions are often sitting in that other account. You can still export sales data from Venga for reconciliation.
